Refraction is an interactive installation inspired by the work of Dominique Bony-Bogros.
Echoing the art of stained glass, Refraction offers a sensory exploration of light beams that react to materials that are sometimes living, sometimes mineral, sometimes synthetic, but always in constant evolution.
The installation features an interactive terminal that allows visitors to use hand gestures to recompose the original stained glass window in an infinite number of variations.
The work invites the public to play with light, to make it vibrate through matter and to sculpt it through patterns from the present and the past.
